Refund policy

We strive to deliver quality products to our customers. However, if the candle is delivered damaged or not functioning as described, you will be requested to email homewithhunny@gmail.com describing the problem along with the necessary images and you will be asked to return the candle(s) to the company. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement provided.
